Handmade, one by one

This cigar factory was founded by (guess what, indeed) the Dutch in 1918, and has 260 people working in shifts on assembling any type of cigar imaginable, one by one. The factory floors are filled by predominantly females, and they produce 300 cigars, per person, per day. From weighing the content by hand, through to stickering the boxes, it is all done per unit.
