Coffee Luwak, or 'Civet Coffee'

There is an elaborate and extensive explanation of this type of coffee on Wikipedia, so I'll just post my pictures as supporting materials. In essence, this is an exclusive type of coffee that is produced 'with a little help' from this civet (Dutch: civetkat), including the enzymes (!) in its digestive tract. I'll try to upload two videos of these 'cats' for you to have a closer look. They don't even resemble cats, but are much more similar to a marter, and yet seem to stand higher on their legs.
