For all you chocolate lovers

Red cocoa and green cocoa
Personally, I'm a huge chocolate lover, but again, I am such a city girl. I had no clue what the raw material looked like until today. Ignorance is bliss, yes, thank you. This is the cocoa fruit, and its inner stuff is what ultimately transforms into chocolate. I was told today that the color is not affecting the taste. Red or green, it apparently yields the same taste.
