And alongside a mountain road today, we found stretches and stretches of oranges orchards. I also had the pleasure of tasting a fruit that nor our guide, nor my mother had ever seen or heard of before, but unfortunately forgot its name. It held somewhere in between a combination of a kiwi, tomato, and peach, but mostly kiwi. It somewhat resembled a plum on the outside, and the hotel staff said it could have been 'marquisa', some type of passionfruit, I think.
